Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to support the Enterprise IT and Cyber Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI) working on the Cloud One Formations program, which is located at Hanscom AFB, MA.

This position provides support for the DAF365 Programs. DAF365 provides the USAF’s adoption and enhancement of Microsoft Office365 (on-prem and Cloud) for 750K USAF Users. DAF365 capabilities include office productivity suite, collaboration tools, data loss prevention and document management and storage.

 

LOCATION:  Hanscom AFB, MA

JOB STATUS:  Full Time, Salaried

SECURITY CLEARANCE: An active US security clearance is required

 

JOB RESPONSBILITIES: 

  • Lead program team to achieve milestones.
  • Utilize strong DoD 5020.2 acquisition skills to generate acquisition documents. Documents may include, but are not limited to, Acquisition Decision Memorandums, Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Program Baselines, Risk Management Plans, Program Management Reviews and Milestone Decision Briefs.
  • Individual must be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.).
  • Shall be able to support and develop acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory reports (i.e. DAES, MAR, etc.). 
  • Contractor shall support Program Management Reviews, senior level meeting/reviews and IMP/IMS reviews. 
  • Support and maintain management reviews, meetings, and schedules

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree and 10 years of experience (3 years DoD)
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of acquisition programs
  • Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
